Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota has a variety of programs which are offered to specific audiences and may have particular eligibility requirements. These programs are all part of our wrap-around approach to maximizing individual potential to eliminate barriers to work and independence.

Career Navigation

Career navigators help people create a career pathway using education, training and support service strategies that enable individuals to secure industry-relevant certifications and self-sustaining work while advancing to higher levels of future education and employment.

We conduct workforce development workshops and provide individual job seeker assistance in many community settings. These include public libraries, community centers, job and career fairs and schools.

FATHER Project

The FATHER Project is a program designed for low-income, primarily non-custodial fathers to assist them in supporting their children financially and emotionally.

Military Services

A professional Military Services Coordinator provides consultation, case management and advocacy to service members, veterans & their families through our St. Cloud area office. Resource Navigation referrals are made to other professionals to support the needs of military service members, veterans and their families for education, employment, housing, wellness and family.

ReEntry Program

The ReEntry Program helps people with criminal records become successful members of their community. We offer case management, education, training, employment preparation, mentoring and other support services.

The Work Incentives Connection provides specialized answers about the impact of work on government benefits. Armed with clear, accurate information about their options, people with disabilities can make informed and confident decisions about employment.

Youth Services

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota serves youth, 14 years old and older, who have a barrier to independence or employment and/or a disability, by providing a variety of services to help make the transition from student to working adult. This program based in Willmar, Minnesota assists youth in identifying and setting goals for their lives.
